Shipping policy

Note: We are human, and sometimes shipping doesn't go as planned. If you have ANY issues at all, just let us know and we will be happy to help you. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Most of the time, we try to ship product out the next business day.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

The COVID 19 PANDEMIC: There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Please be patient & we will keep you updated!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We don't like complicated so here's the deal:

Free shipping for the following countries:  
USA, Canada, Australia, Japan

All other countries: $20 Shipping Charge, unless your order is over $50 (then we will ship it for free). 

Countries we are working on getting free shipping for (but don't have in place yet) - UK & Germany

Local delivery

We offer local delivery to the Vancouver area in British Columbia

Free local delivery is available for orders within the lower mainland of Vancouver. If you want your product the same day, we can likely help you out. Just send us an email to ask at info@ryercat.com

In-store pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup at this time. 

 

International Shipping

We offer world wide international shipping.

We do not ship to: At this time, we do not ship to Ukraine & Russia. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RYERCAT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ryercat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to us by email. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ryercat.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
